aah those are some very innovative lines. but this particular post is not about the statement, but about the fact that it is written on a cab. Knowing Bangalore traffic and the way cabs are driven here... perfect choice of words I'd say
Well Bangalore is already a HELL bcos of this traffic chaos...so it would be more apt if the cab would hav read as "Heaven was full...so I'm bck (to hell)"
